• 4+ years hands-on development experience inOptimizely CMS.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Content types, blocks, templates
• Custom properties
• Visitor groups / personalization
• Routing, controllers, views
• Content APIs and Content Repository
• Scheduled jobs
• Optimizely Search / Find
• Experience withOptimizely DXP deployments(PAAS environments).

2. .NET Development

• Strong experience in:
• C#
• ASP.NETMVC / .NET Core
• Entity Framework or other ORMs

3. Frontend Technologies

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• jQuery or modern frameworks (React/Angular optional)

4. Version Control & CI/CD

• Git, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps
• Build/release pipelines

5. Web Architecture Knowledge

• RESTful API integration
• Security best practices
• Caching (Output cache, CDN, blob storage)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience withOptimizely Commerce Cloud.
• Knowledge ofOptimizely Feature Flags,Experimentation, andContent Graph.
• Azure cloud experience (App Services, Key Vault, CDN, Blob Storage).
• Familiarity withHeadless CMS implementations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Unit testing (xUnit/NUnit/MSTest).
