.Net Engineering Manager -Global SaaS Platform - Hyderabad

We're looking for a people-first, delivery-focused Engineering Manager to join our growing global engineering team. This is a high-impact leadership role — you'll shape engineering culture, drive delivery excellence, and empower talented engineers to do their best work.

You'll own the health, performance, and growth of your team, partnering closely with Product, Design, Tech Leads, and QA to deliver on a modern SaaS platform trusted by 1,400+ clients across 25+ countries. Your role is that of an enabler, not a micromanager — creating clarity, removing roadblocks, and keeping your team focused on outcomes that matter.

What You'll Own

• People & Growth — Run meaningful 1:1s, build structured growth plans, and develop a team proud of their craft
• Delivery & Execution — Own resourcing, planning, estimation, and timely delivery; keep stakeholders informed with proactive communication
• Engineering Excellence — Drive continuous improvement across CI/CD, code review practices, and cycle time
• Cross-Team Leadership — Contribute to org-wide engineering initiatives as part of the broader Engineering Leadership team

Must Have

• 4+ years managing cross-functional agile engineering teams
• 1+ years on a SaaS platform in a managerial or senior delivery capacity
• Proven people management track record with measurable outcomes
• Strong organizational skills and independent follow-through

Great to Have

• Hands-on .NET/C# background
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS and modern DevOps practices
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, SQL
• CI/CD tooling experience (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Strong communication skills across time zones
