About the Role
We are hiring a Technical Lead – GCP & Microservices (.NET) to architect and build scalable, cloud-native systems on Google Cloud Platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive architecture, development, and delivery of high-performance, resilient applications handling large-scale data and real-time workloads.
What You'll Do
Architecture & System Design
Translate business requirements into scalable GCP-based architectures
Design microservices using Cloud Run + API Gateway
Ensure 99.9%+ uptime, fault tolerance, and system resilience
Hands-on Engineering
Build end-to-end solutions using C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+
Create detailed Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
Optimize for low latency & high throughput systems
Data & Integration
Work with:
BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Firestore
Handle:
High-volume data pipelines (millions of records)
Large file ingestion systems
Security & Networking
Implement Zero Trust architecture principles
Work with:
OAuth 2.0
IAM policies
API security best practices
Manage networking:
VPC, Cloud NAT, Private Service Connect
DevOps & Infrastructure
Build infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
Set up CI/CD pipelines
Monitor systems using Cloud Logging & Monitoring
Leadership & Ownership
Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 engineers
Conduct code reviews & design reviews
Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders
Cost Optimization (FinOps)
Optimize cloud spend using GCP FinOps practices
Ensure cost-efficient architecture without compromising performance
Required Skills
6–10 years of experience in software development / cloud engineering
Minimum 3+ years hands-on GCP experience
Strong expertise in:
Cloud Run (serverless)
Microservices architecture
API Gateway
Terraform (IaC)
Strong backend experience in:
C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+
Experience with:
High-scale systems
Large data processing
Pub/Sub and CI/CD
Good to Have
Experience in system architecture discussions
Monolith Microservices migration experience
GCP Certifications (Associate / Professional)
