Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications using .NET and React. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software engineering principles, modern development practices, and Agile methodologies while contributing to the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET and React. Deliver high-quality software while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Analyze complex systems and provide effective technical solutions. Collaborate with Scrum teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver features aligned with business objectives. Participate in project meetings, sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment activities. Create and maintain technical documentation as required. Manage development tasks independently while following Agile methodologies. Support production deployments, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.

Work closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications while continuously improving engineering practices and contributing to the overall product strategy.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of design patterns and object-oriented programming principles. Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js. Experience developing SOAP and RESTful services using WCF, Web API, and Microservices. Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design. Experience working with Windows Server and IIS. Ability to maintain, enhance, and modernize legacy applications. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Code Reviews, and Refactoring techniques. Hands-on
