Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated .NET Support Engineer with strong experience in the E-commerce domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and production support, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in software development and application support.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the E-commerce domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework.
- Good understanding of AI fundamentals.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience working with any cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with production/application support and incident management.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy, etc.).
- Understanding of SLA concepts, including Response Time and Resolution Time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with Optimizely.
- Exposure to AI implementation or AI-powered applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Entity Framework.
- Passion for continuous learning and exploring emerging technologies.
- Candidates who actively upskill through personal projects, certifications, or technology exploration will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for enterprise E-commerce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
- Optimize SQL queries and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work with cloud-based applications and services.
- Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in application stability, performance, and support processes.
