ROLE:Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Team Lead with 4-9 years of experience in ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, WinForms, and Angular.
This role requires a hands-on coder, guide junior developers, and contribute actively to coding, debugging, and software architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hands-on Coding & Development:
Actively participate in coding, debugging, and optimizing applications.
Develop high-quality web and desktop applications using C#,ASP.NET, MVC, WinForms, and Angular.
Design and optimize SQL Server databases (Stored Procedures, Indexing, Query Optimization).
Implement best practices in front-end and back-end development.
Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
2. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
Train and upskill junior developers, ensuring technical growth within the team.
3. System Design & Architecture:
Design scalable and maintainable applications.
Ensure security, performance, and reliability in software solutions.
Work on RESTful APIs, Microservices, Cloud
4. Debugging & Performance Optimization:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong expertise in:
o ASP.NET (Core & Framework), MVC, WinForms, C#.
o Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
o SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, Indexing, Triggers, Functions).
o RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices Architecture.
o Entity Framework, LINQ, and Dependency Injection.
o Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) experience is a plus.
Team Leadership & Management:
o Hands-on experience in leading a team of developers.
o Ability to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
o Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
o Experience in mentoring and training junior developers.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
o Strong communication and leadership skills.
o Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab Actions, Jenkins).
Exposure to Unit Testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Moq).
Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes and containerization.
Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
Work Location: Pune (On-site)
Work Timings: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM in the office, followed by 2 hours of support from home
