• 5–8 years backend engineering experience

Responsibilities

Candidate responsibilities

• Design and build event-driven, asynchronous AWS microservices (Lambda, SQS/SNS or equivalent) for this workstream
• Build and maintain the relational data layer (AWS RDS) this workstream needs
• Define API contracts with the pod's Mobile/UI engineers
• Define API contracts with other pods when this workstream requires cross-pod integration
• Participate in architecture reviews with the Pod Lead and PAR's cloud/devops team
