About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. You will work with .NET Core and relational databases (PostgreSQL or SQL Server) to deliver robust, high-performance applications, collaborating closely with frontend engineers, QA, and product teams. Experience with Next.js is a plus, as you may occasionally contribute to frontend features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (Web API); familiarity with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2, ASP.NET Identity).
- Solid working knowledge of at least one relational database — PostgreSQL or SQL Server — including schema design, indexing, stored procedures/functions, and query optimization.
- Experience with ORM tools such as Entity Framework Core (or Dapper), including migrations.
- Good understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows (pull requests, code reviews).
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (xUnit / NUnit / MSTest).
- Understanding of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware in .NET.
- Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
