NET Developer

We're looking for a .NET Developer to join our team in a remote capacity, with quarterly visits to our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and maintaining web tools and a strong focus on producing clean, quality code. You'll be part of a flexible, family-friendly organization that values innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Innovation: Develop and maintain robust backend applications using .NET Core technologies. You will also innovate and develop new solutions as part of a collaborative team.
• Code Quality & Review: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adhere to best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, UX engineers, testers, and management to help everyone excel in their specializations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest software technologies and tools, and be willing to experiment with new concepts to bring them to the team.
• Process Optimization: Follow and help optimize existing processes, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in .NET Core code development.
• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or comparable skills proven through experience.
• Technical Skills: Proven knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, MVC, .NET Core, and Web API.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on quality.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• The ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
