Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
.NET WPF Developer with a strong background in
Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and
SQL development, ideally within the
Medical Technology (MedTech) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust desktop applications that support critical healthcare functions and enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using .NET (C#) and WPF.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality MedTech solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
- Ensure the application meets performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Work within MedTech regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, ISO 13485) as applicable.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clean, scalable codebases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Framework/Core and WPF.
- Solid experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Experience working in or with Medical Technology (MedTech) products or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and MVVM architecture.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HL7, DICOM, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Knowledge of medical device software compliance and regulatory documentation.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
