About The Role
Beyond Root Technology Services is looking for skilled and passionate .NET Developers to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architectural decisions. This position suits developers who enjoy clean architecture, solving complex technical problems, database design, and cloud deployment automation.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development :
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and WPF.
- Implement clean, modular, and maintainable code using industry best practices.
- Develop scalable systems and design robust database architectures (ER diagrams, indexing, normalization).
Database & Backend
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions using SQL Server.
- Optimize backend performance, concurrency, and resource utilization.
Architecture & Performance
- Apply design patterns like Factory, Repository, Singleton, etc.
- Debug, profile, and fine-tune application performance.
Security & Integrations
- Implement JWT, OAuth2, and encryption for secure authentication and authorization.
- Work with SignalR and MQTT for real-time data communication.
DevOps & Deployment
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Understand load balancing, deployment scaling, and API optimization.
Team Collaboration
- Work with Git for version control, branching, and PR management.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and work closely with the product team.
Technical Skills Required
- Backend : .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (C#)
- Database : SQL Server (advanced queries, SPs, triggers)
- Design Patterns : Factory, Repository, Singleton, etc.
- DevOps : CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git
- Real-time Tools : SignalR, MQTT
- Security : JWT, OAuth2
- Performance : Profiling, debugging, multi-thread optimization
- Cloud Concepts : Load balancing, deployment scaling, tuning
Good To Have
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Exposure to Angular, React, or Blazor
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights
