Job Role: DotNET Developer - Senior

Experience: 5–11 Years

Location: Mysore

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days

Key skills: 

MUST HAVE : Kafka or Rabbit MQ or MSMQ

Responsibilities:

Ø Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.

Ø Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices using .NET Core and RESTful WebAPI.

Ø Implement and manage message queue consumers for asynchronous and event-driven processing.

Ø Develop and maintain scheduled jobs / cron-based background services.

Ø Integrate and manage data storage using Azure Blob Storage for large-scale file and object storage.

Ø Model, optimize, and query data using MongoDB and InfluxDB for time-series and operational data processing.

Ø Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.

Ø Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimisation.

Ø Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring.

Ø Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams.

Ø Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design.

Ø Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a proactive approach.

Ø Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Ø Integrate with Azure cloud services including storage, messaging, and hosting solutions.

Ø Writing unit test cases

Primary Skill – MUST :

Ø Hands-on experience in .NET development with strong proficiency in C#.

Ø Solid experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.

Ø Strong experience with message queues (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MSMQ, or similar).

Ø Experience implementing background workers / cron jobs (Hangfire, Quartz.NET, Worker Services).

Ø Hands-on experience with Azure Blob Storage (upload, download, lifecycle management).

Ø Strong experience with SQL Server and database design.

Ø Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API security (JWT, OAuth).

Ø Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ø Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.

Ø Experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage Accounts).

Ø Experience in MongoDB & Influx DB.

Ø Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Secondary Skill - Nice to Have :

Ø Experience with microservices architecture.

Ø Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Ø Experience with unit and integration testing (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).

Ø Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools.
