Software Engineer – .NET & Data Warehouse (2–3 Years)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, WebAPI, SQL, and Data Warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience building scalable enterprise web applications, backend services, and reporting/data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs using WebAPI / ASP.NET Core APIs.
• Implement business logic, reusable service layers, and integration components.
• Work on code refactoring, performance optimization, and defect resolution.
• Contribute to unit testing, code reviews, and release deployments.

Data Warehouse & Reporting

• Develop and optimize ORM, SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and ETL logic.
• Support enterprise data warehouse, reporting marts, and BI datasets.
• Work with fact/dimension models, star schema, and reporting structures.
• Collaborate with reporting teams to enable dashboard and KPI data layers.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and performance tuning.

API & Integration

• Integrate internal and third-party systems using REST APIs, JSON, and service-based architecture.
• Work with authentication, authorization, and API security standards.
• Support enterprise integrations with cloud and analytics services.

AI Skills

• Learn and contribute to AI-powered application enhancements.
• Gain exposure to LLMs, copilots, prompt engineering, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Participate in projects involving document intelligence, semantic search, chatbot integrations, and recommendation engines.

Core Technical Skills

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in C#.
• Node JS, Excellent in JS Skills and JS API/Frameworks Hands on Experience
• ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core
• WebAPI / REST API development and Integration Experience with third party API's
• Entity Framework / LINQ
• SQL Server with stored procedures, joins, optimization
• Data Warehouse concepts and reporting data models
• Git / Azure DevOps source control

DevOps / Git / AI Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Git workflows, branching strategy, pull requests, and code reviews
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Exposure to automated build and deployment pipelines for ASP.NET Core and WebAPI applications

Good to Have

• JavaScript, jQuery, React or Angular basics
• SSIS / Azure Data Factory
• Azure App Services / Azure Functions
• Power BI dataset integration
• CI/CD pipelines
• Microservices exposure
• Basic experience in AI/GenAI concepts, prompt engineering etc

Azure Cloud & Data Platform Exposure

• Azure Fundamentals: Azure Portal, Resource Groups, IAM basics, monitoring concepts
• App Services: Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Logic Apps (basic understanding)
• Storage & Data: Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB basics
• Integration: Azure Service Bus, Event Grid awareness
• Data & Analytics: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks
• DevOps & Deployment: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release pipelines, Git repos

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
