Job Description

  • NET Core Team Lead
  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring best coding practices and high-quality output.
  • Drive architectural decisions, design reviews, and code reviews.
  • Develop high-performance APIs and backend services using .NET Core.
  • Ensure adherence to software standards, security protocols, and engineering best practices.
  • Plan and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UX teams.
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality.
  • Participate in coding, debugging, and optimizing backend components.
  • Implement microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native designs.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across the applications stack.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and retros.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
  • Entity Framework Core
  • REST API design
  • Microservices architecture
  • Experience with:
    • SQL Server / PostgreSQL
    • CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
    • Cloud services (Azure / AWS)
    • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
What we Expect from you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered in place of formal degrees.

What you've got

  • Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and building high-performance backend services.
  • Solid experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong grasp of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
  • Ability to lead and mentor developers while enforcing best coding practices.
