About Position:
We are seeking for the .Net Aws Lead Architect with hands on .net, aws, API, etc.

What You'll Do:
- Own and define technical direction for API design using REST and OpenAPI aligned with business object semantics
- Build and maintain APIs and MCP server components using C# and ASP.NET Core
- Translate business objects into REST resources while preserving exact behavior and logic
- Ensure high engineering quality through automated testing including unit, integration, contract, and E2E testing
- Drive code reviews, CI/CD practices, and overall development hygiene
- Lead architecture discussions, sprint ceremonies, and technical decision-making
- Mentor team members, resolve technical blockers, and guide best practices
- Collaborate closely with domain experts to understand edge cases and clarify requirements
- Optimize performance at both application and database levels including SQL tuning
- Implement and maintain microservices architecture with scalability and reliability
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using tools like Jenkins and AWS ECS
- Ensure production readiness and continuous delivery improvements
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
- Expertise in REST API design, OpenAPI, and JSON schema
- Strong domain modeling skills and ability to map business objects to API contracts
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native design patterns
- Working knowledge of AWS services and deployment models
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Jenkins, ECS)
- Strong SQL Server expertise including indexing, execution plans, and performance tuning
- Ability to identify and resolve performance issues such as slow queries and deadlocks
- Proven leadership experience in backend or API platform teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
