Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

Experience:6+ Years

Experienced Lead L2/L3 Production Support Engineer responsible for managing and supporting critical .NET applications in a 24x7 production environment. Ensure SLA adherence, application availability, incident/problem/change management, and operational stability using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities include handling P1/P2 incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA), coordinating deployments and change activities, monitoring application performance, and driving continuous service improvement. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.

Strong expertise required in C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, IIS, APIs, production support processes, monitoring tools, and ITIL practices. Prior experience in stakeholder communication, team mentoring, and leading support operations is essential.
