Job Description:

The Nephrologist will provide specialized care for patients with kidney-related disorders,

ensuring evidence-based treatment, patient safety, and optimal clinical outcomes. The role

involves managing both outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) cases, supervising dialysis,

supporting ICU and renal emergencies, coordinating with other departments, and providing

patient counselling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases
• Conduct outpatient consultations and provide follow-up care
• Supervise dialysis sessions and ensure proper functioning of renal replacement therapies
• Manage ICU and emergency cases related to renal disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Provide counselling to patients and their families regarding treatment plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical protocols

Education Required:

• MD in General Medicine and DM in Nephrology
• Valid Medical Council registration
