About The Opportunity

Medoralink is a fast-growing healthcare provider specializing in chronic disease management and advanced renal care across India. We operate a network of dialysis centers and outpatient clinics, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered nephrology services to populations with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), acute kidney injury (AKI), and complex hypertension. Our mission is to expand access to high-quality, affordable kidney care through clinical excellence, technology-enabled monitoring, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases, including ESRD, glomerulonephritis, electrolyte imbalances, and hypertension with renal involvement.
  • Perform and supervise hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and vascular access procedures in accordance with NKF-KDOQI and ISN guidelines.
  • Collaborate with transplant surgeons, dietitians, and nephrology nurses to optimize patient outcomes and long-term kidney health.
  • Lead clinical rounds, review lab results, adjust dialysis prescriptions, and manage complications including fluid overload, anemia, and mineral bone disorders.
  • Document patient progress, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the dialysis network.
  • Provide patient and family education on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and dialysis adherence.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • DNB/MD/Diploma in Nephrology from a recognized institution
  • Valid NMC registration with active license to practice in India
  • Proven experience managing dialysis patients and vascular access procedures
  • Proficiency in interpreting renal function tests, urinalysis, and renal imaging
  • Experience with dialysis machines, CRRT, and acute renal replacement therapies
  • Strong clinical decision-making ability in critical nephrology scenarios
  • Preferred
  • Experience with transplant nephrology or pre-transplant evaluations
  • Training or certification in point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) for renal applications
  • Experience working in multi-center dialysis networks or corporate healthcare settings
