Nephrologist

• Manage complex acute and chronic renal disorders, including CKD, AKI, glomerular diseases and electrolyte disorders.
• Provide expertise in hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and CRRT.
• Manage renal patients in ICU and other critical-care settings.
• Evaluate and manage patients requiring renal transplantation, including pre- and post-transplant care, where applicable.
• Develop and strengthen Nephrology, Dialysis and Renal Critical Care services.
• Work closely with Critical Care, Urology, Cardiology, Endocrinology and Internal Medicine teams.
• Lead clinical protocols, quality initiatives and academic activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and clinical teams.
• Contribute to building the department's clinical practice, referral network and service lines.

Candidate Profile

• MD/DNB in General Medicine with DM/DNB in Nephrology.
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a reputed tertiary/quaternary-care hospital.
• Strong clinical expertise in complex nephrology and dialysis management.
• Experience in renal transplantation, CRRT or developing dialysis services will be an advantage.
• Strong professional standing and referral network in Hyderabad/Telangana preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
