This is a full-time on-site role for a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse located in Chennai. The Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse will provide specialized care to critically ill newborns, including monitoring vital signs, administering necessary treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The role also involves advocating for the well-being of neonatal patients, educating families about care plans, and maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment to promote recovery and growth.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in Neonatal Intensive Care and Critical Care Medicine
• Proficiency in Nursing practices and Critical Care Nursing, including patient assessment and care planning
• Familiarity with medical procedures and treatment protocols in neonatal and pediatric medicine
• Strong communication skills to provide patient and family education effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments and make quick, informed decisions
• RN (Registered Nurse) certification and a degree in Nursing with specialization in neonatology or critical care preferred
• Prior experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is highly desirable
