NEET Career Mentor

We are looking for a NEET Career Mentor who can work closely with students and parents to help them make informed decisions about careers in the medical domain. This role sits at the heart of student impact you will be guiding NEET aspirants through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

The ideal person has hands-on career counselling experience, comes from a medical background, and genuinely enjoys mentoring students beyond just exam outcomes.

The charter for this role will include:

• Help students understand Medical career options MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, Allied Health, alternate pathways, and international options
• Guide students and parents through college selection and counselling processes, help with pathway selection, and define clear next steps toward an aligned career roadmap.
• Answer academic and career-related doubts in a clear, practical manner
• Stay updated on NEET trends, medical education pathways, and admission processes
• Maintain counselling notes and student progress tracking

Ideal Persona would:

• Have prior experience in career counselling (preferably with NEET / medical students)
• Come from a medical background
• (MBBS / BDS / AYUSH / Allied Health OR strong exposure to medical counselling)
• Be comfortable interacting with both students and parents.
• Have strong communication skills and patience
• Be structured, empathetic, and student-first in approach
