Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US & Domestic Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end US IT Staffing and Domestic (India) Operations.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with an IT Software Development / IT Services company, managing both US and Indian operations, with strong expertise in US IT Staffing, domestic IT recruitment, resource management, client coordination, and operational delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience managing both US IT Staffing Operations and Domestic IT Operations within an IT Software Development / IT Services organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US IT Staffing and Domestic IT Operations.
• Oversee US staffing activities, including W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring processes.
• Handle domestic IT recruitment, resource allocation, and operational delivery.
• Lead US and India recruitment/operations teams to achieve business targets and KPIs.
• Manage client relationships, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication across US and Indian markets.
• Monitor recruitment delivery, onboarding, employee engagement, and resource utilization.
• Oversee operational budgets, profitability, cost optimization, and performance metrics.
• Establish and improve SOPs, operational workflows, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Recruitment, Sales, and Delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations and Indian employment policies.
• Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in both US IT Staffing and Domestic IT Operations.
• Prior experience as an Operations Manager in an IT Software Development / IT Services company.
• Strong knowledge of US IT Staffing models: W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Experience managing US and Indian recruitment and operations teams.
• Expertise in resource management, client delivery, vendor management, and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of US staffing processes, onboarding, compliance, and documentation.
• Experience in domestic IT hiring, employee management, and operational administration.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in operational reporting, KPI tracking, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Ability to work with US clients and coordinate across US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing offshore and onsite IT operations.
• Exposure to IT software development project delivery and resource deployment.
• Experience working with US-based clients and Indian enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of managing multiple teams and improving operational performance.

Important Note:

Candidates with only US IT Recruitment or only Domestic Recruitment experience will not be considered. Both US IT Staffing and Domestic IT Operations management experience are mandatory.
