Roles And Responsibilities
- Provides HR system maintenance and support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to HR, Payroll and Benefits staff for our UKG Pro system.
- Maintains optimal functionality of HR information systems .
- Develop and manage file imports/exports for system integration.
- Supports upgrades, enhancements, and testing of system updates when released by system vendors.

- Strong understanding of Cognos BI Reporting and are able to create and edit complex reports
- Able to perform Web Administration functions (Security/Business Processes/Platform Configuration/Integrations)
- Able to perform BackOffice functions as needed
