Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Lucknow, with openings also available in Kanpur and Varanasi. The Field Officer/SM/ASM will be responsible for promoting and facilitating new and used car loan services. Daily tasks include liaising with customers and dealerships, building and maintaining professional relationships, assisting clients with loan applications, and ensuring seamless documentation and processes. The role involves meeting sales targets while adhering to company policies and maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of finance, loans, or mortgage products, particularly in the automotive sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse clientele effectively
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and meet targets
- Experience in customer service and a demonstrated aptitude for addressing client requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Preference for candidates with experience or knowledge in the automotive or financial services sector
