Role Overview
Vibrant NDT Institute is seeking a technically strong and industry-experienced NDT Trainer to deliver structured classroom and practical training across core Non-Destructive Testing methods. The ideal candidate must combine technical expertise with the ability to mentor and prepare students for certification and industry readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-depth theoretical and practical training in NDT methods
- Design, revise, and upgrade training modules, presentations, and lab exercises.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations using NDT instruments and inspection tools.
- Guide students on safety procedures, inspection standards, and field best practices.
- Prepare trainees for Level II certification examinations.
- Monitor student progress and maintain training documentation.
Mandatory Requirements
- B.Sc. in Physics or equivalent technical qualification.
- Strong foundational knowledge in NDT methods and inspection principles.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in multiple NDT methods (Level I / Level II preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in NDT training or field inspection.
- Practical experience operating NDT equipment.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
- High professional integrity and commitment to training quality.
