We are seeking a skilled NDT Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting various non-destructive testing methods to ensure the integrity and reliability of materials and components. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and quality in all testing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on materials and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Analyze and interpret NDT test results, preparing detailed reports to communicate findings to engineering and management teams.
  • Develop and implement NDT procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accurate testing results.
  • Stay updated with the latest NDT technologies and methodologies, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent qualification.
  • Certified in NDT methods (e.g., Level II or Level III certifications in Radiography, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, or Liquid Penetrant testing).
  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience in non-destructive testing in industries such as manufacturing, construction, or aerospace.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and make decisions based on findings.
  • Proficient in using NDT equipment and software, including familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ASNT, ISO 9712).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
