NDR Team Leader (Courier & Delivery Performance)

Role Objective

The NDR Team Leader will be responsible for maximizing delivery success rate, reducing RTO, and ensuring fast resolution of courier-related issues by leading the NDR team and coordinating with multiple courier partners. This role directly impacts revenue protection and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead daily Non-Delivery Report (NDR) operations.

• Coordinate with multiple courier partners for fast resolution.

• Ensure same-day NDR calling and resolution.

• Track delivery attempts, reattempts, and aging shipments.

• Push for maximum successful deliveries within 72 hours.

• Analyze pincode-wise, courier-wise, and customer-wise failures.

• Handle high-value COD and prepaid escalations.

• Guide NDR callers and coordinators for maximum productivity.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Suggest automation and process improvements for NDR handling.

Eligibility & Skills

• 2–5 years experience in NDR / Courier Operations / E-commerce Logistics.

• Strong knowledge of COD delivery, courier dashboards and NDR cycles.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting.

• Strong leadership and pressure-handling ability.
