NDR Team Leader (Courier & Delivery Performance)

Role Objective

The NDR Team Leader will be responsible for maximizing delivery success rate, reducing RTO, and ensuring fast resolution of courier-related issues by leading the NDR team and coordinating with multiple courier partners. This role directly impacts revenue protection and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead daily Non-Delivery Report (NDR) operations.

Coordinate with multiple courier partners for fast resolution.

Ensure same-day NDR calling and resolution.

Track delivery attempts, reattempts, and aging shipments.

Push for maximum successful deliveries within 72 hours.

Analyze pincode-wise, courier-wise, and customer-wise failures.

Handle high-value COD and prepaid escalations.

Guide NDR callers and coordinators for maximum productivity.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.

Suggest automation and process improvements for NDR handling.

Eligibility & Skills

25 years experience in NDR / Courier Operations / E-commerce Logistics.

Strong knowledge of COD delivery, courier dashboards and NDR cycles.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Excel and reporting.

Strong leadership and pressure-handling ability.
