Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Mumbai, India and Dubai, UAE. The Navcom Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, and maintenance & repair of navigation and communication systems. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, conducting equipment installations, performing scheduled maintenance, and addressing any technical issues that arise. The role requires effective communication with clients and colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of marine equipment.
Qualifications
- 3 Year experience as Navcom engineer
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills on Autopilot, Radar, Ecdis, Gyro, Vsat
- Field Service and Technical Support experience
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and handle remote support
- Relevant certifications in GOC and MCT are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, or a related field
