57 years of proven experience as a Mainframe Designer/Developer with strong design and development skills

SDLC Involvement

Involved in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and Endevor
Good hands-on experience with CICS

Problem Solving

Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

Requirement Understanding

Ability to understand complex requirements and contribute to design creation

Agile Experience

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Communication and Teamwork

Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
Comfortable liaising with clients, SMEs, and business associates

Domain Knowledge

Good to have some knowledge of the banking domain
