Assist in formulating and executing sales strategies for natural colors (primarily red and yellow colors) targeting the U.S. B2B market, supporting the team in achieving regional sales targets.
Monitor the progress of sales tasks following their breakdown and allocation; assist in preparing sales forecasts, tracking orders, and compiling customer feedback.
Leverage technical expertise to engage deeply in daily customer interactions; take responsibility for sample follow-up, technical inquiries, and providing basic application support to help foster long-term collaborative relationships.
Assist in developing and expanding relationships with key strategic accounts to establish enduring partnerships, while simultaneously deepening engagement with existing major clients and expanding market share.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Food Engineering, Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of three years of work experience, including technical R&D or application experience, along with entry-level B2B sales experience, within industries such as natural colors, food ingredients, flavors and fragrances, or functional food raw materials.
Possess fundamental skills in customer communication and understanding client needs, demonstrating the potential to independently manage the entire sales cycle.
Willingness to undertake short-term business travel across the United States.
