We're Hiring | Sales & Marketing Manager Pharma Intermediates & Excipients

We are a pharma intermediate chemicals company looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow our business across domestic and international markets.

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving sales of our pharma intermediates and excipients portfolio, building lasting customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies that position our products with API manufacturers, formulation companies, and pharma procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across domestic pharma companies and export markets

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for pharma intermediates and excipients

Build and execute marketing plans for product launches, promotions, and brand positioning

Coordinate with R&D, production, and regulatory teams to deliver technical support to clients

Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics in the pharma chemicals space

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer visits

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline reviews for senior management

What We're Looking For

Min 5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing in the chemical industry pharma intermediates, excipients, APIs, or specialty chemicals preferred

A science or chemistry background (B.Sc / B.Tech / M.Sc Chemistry or Chemical Engineering) is desirable.

Proven track record of handling customers

Strong technical understanding of pharma manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Willingness to travel as required

Candidates from non-chemical industry backgrounds will not be considered.
