Job Description

Our Client is a renowned Tea brand. the are looking for an NSM who can build and grow their HoReCa business.

Core Mandate:

- Develop and implement comprehensive HoReCa sales strategy nationwide

- Identify growth markets, prioritize regions, and set sales targets

- Recruit, train, and manage pan-India B2B sales team with KPIs

- Acquire and manage high-potential accounts (hotel chains, restaurants, cafes, caterers)

- Build long-term relationships and drive premium HoReCa brand penetration

- Collaborate cross-functionally and monitor performance analytics

Required Skills:

MBA & 10+ years of relevant experience.

- Technical: B2B sales strategy, HoReCa market knowledge, team management, client acquisition, performance analytics

- Leadership: Team building, KPI setting, relationship management, cross-functional coordination
