Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad is ideal for an experienced National Sales Manager looking to lead and build high-performing sales strategies. The role involves planning and executing nationwide sales strategies, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include leading and coaching a sales team, managing performance, analyzing market trends, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business opportunities. The National Sales Manager will also focus on brand positioning and ensure compliance with the company's ethical standards and business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Leadership, specifically in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong Business Development, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Analytical Thinking, Market Trend Analysis, and Strategic Planning capabilities
  • Effective Communication, Team Leadership, and Collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Performance Tracking, Reporting, and Target Achievement
  • Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical markets is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. An MBA is preferred
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Ahmedabad
