Role Description The National Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading and expanding NvaraMedia's sales operations across regions. This role involves developing and executing national sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with key brand partners and agencies. The National Sales Manager will oversee account management activities, ensure revenue targets are met, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with performance marketing and influencer solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, tracking performance metrics, preparing sales forecasts, and optimizing budgets to achieve profitable growth.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Business Planning and Budgeting skills to develop scalable, growth-oriented sales strategies.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales and Account Management skills to drive revenue, nurture client relationships, and close high-value deals.
  • Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing national sales team.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, media, or advertising sales is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work with data-driven insights, CRM tools, and sales reporting platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a senior sales leadership role managing multi-city or national markets is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or service sales.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and Branding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience in selling digital marketing, IT, advertising, SaaS, or agency services will be an added advantage.
