National Sales Leader - Water & Process Solutions (Pharma & Life Sciences)
Reporting to: CEO | Member of Top Management Committee
A market-leading engineering solutions organization in the pharmaceutical & life sciences water treatment space is looking to onboard a National Sales Leader to spearhead its next phase of aggressive growth. This is a board-critical role with full P&L ownership across multiple business verticals.
The Opportunity
You will lead the national sales charter across Capital Projects (CapEx), Lifecycle Services (OpEx), and Process Solutions, driving scale from an established 250+ crore business to 500 crore over the next three years. The role demands strategic depth, strong industry relationships, and the ability to build a future-ready sales organization.
