Responsible for All India Sales for Automotive Business of the Group Retail, Fleet Private and Institutional Sales
Responsibility includes OEM Business coordination supported by President S & S.
Automotive Business of the Group includes Bus and Coach Body for the total range from LCV to MHCV Coaches (MGA, MGABC), Seats, Bus Electronics (MGGE) and Composites (MGC)
Sales Channel Management including the Liaison network
Create and Manage Sales Organisation to cover the Business Areas
Constant Feedback to Product Development Team on Market Requirements
Product Management for respective Business Areas
Profile Requirement
Result oriented Sales Manager with over 20 years experience in successful Sales
Leadership position
Graduate Engineer with a First Class and good consistent academic credentials
Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
Practical exposure along with excellent negotiation and customer facing skills;
Proficient in client dealings especially with Large Bus Fleet operators and State Transport Undertakings
Experience in People Management having handled a reporting team of minimum 5 persons at Managerial Level
Outstanding communications, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
Strategic Business Analytics with an experience in Forecasting and Planning
Willing to Travel extensively with a hands on capability to handle the business and Lead the Team from the Front
