Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across India. As a key leader in a company with a dominant offline presence, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint, optimizing sales performance, and accelerating growth in both traditional and digital channels. This role demands a deep understanding of B2B sales, channel management, and the dental supplies industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth across offline and emerging online channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Identify opportunities to digitize sales processes and integrate eCommerce solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in dental supplies (Equipment / Implants etc)
  • Proven track record of managing large sales teams and delivering consistent growth.
  • Strong understanding of offline distribution networks and digital sales enablement.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
