Highflow Batteries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Lithium-Ion and Lead Acid batteries, based in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. We are committed to delivering clean, reliable, and innovative energy storage solutions across India. As part of our fast-growing journey, we are looking for an experienced and driven National Sales Manager / GM – Sales to take our Lithium-Ion battery business to the next level.

Role Summary

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and national distribution network for Highflow's Lithium-Ion battery portfolio. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong market knowledge, team management capability, and proven business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Lithium-Ion batteries across India
  • Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth
  • Build and manage a strong network of dealers, distributors, and B2B/OEM clients
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts
  • Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing, and report insights to management
  • Expand business across key Lithium battery segments (EV, solar, inverter, telecom, energy storage)
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to generate and convert leads

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Lithium-Ion battery sales with a reputed/established company (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of the Lithium-Ion battery market, technology, and applications
  • Established network of dealers, distributors, and institutional/OEM clients
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong business development capability
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Electrical preferred); an MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus
  • Willingness to travel across India
  • Fluency in Hindi and English
