We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented National Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across PAN India. The primary responsibility of this role is to create and oversee distribution network and expand our market presence, focusing on establishing and nurturing relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in the cigarette and FMCG industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth within Indian market, particularly in the cigarette and FMCG sectors.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 15 + year's of experience senior sales management role, preferably within the cigarette or FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth.
