Job Description

The team at Funfit is looking for a dynamic and result-driven National Sales Manager to lead and manage both individual sales performance and the overall sales team across India. The candidate should be highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of driving revenue growth while building and managing a strong sales team. The role requires extensive travel across India.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement effective national sales strategies to achieve company targets 

• The candidate should have strong contact points within schools, including Principals, Teachers, and HODs. Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in school-related sales, educational products, book sales, or any role involving direct coordination and relationship management with schools and educational institutions.

• The role involves pitching to various Schools to onboard them for FunFit's best-designed integrated programs for the most in-demand skills.

• Actively participate in events, seminars, and all other sourcing activities.

• Manage and drive individual sales performance along with team sales targets 

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals 

• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments 

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders 

• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve performance 

• Coordinate with marketing and other departments for lead generation and campaigns 

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy client relationships 

• Travel across India to oversee regional sales operations and team performance 

 

Key Skills Required: 

• Strong leadership and team management skills 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 

• Target-driven with a proven track record in sales 

• Ability to manage both individual and team targets 

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability 

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

 

Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 

• MBA (preferred) 

• Candidates with prior experience in the Education Field Sales will be preferred 

 

Additional Requirements: 

• Must be willing to travel Pan India frequently 

• Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior

• Experience in handling large sales teams is a plus
