Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced National Sales Head to lead nationwide sales strategy and drive business growth for the surveillance solutions division. The role involves managing regional sales teams, building enterprise relationships, and driving revenue through consultative selling of integrated IP surveillance and electronic security solutions.
Candidates must have experience in the security surveillance / electronic security domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategy to drive revenue and market growth.
- Lead and mentor a geographically distributed sales and pre-sales team.
- Manage enterprise and key accounts, including consultants and developers.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation, proposal/BOQ validation, negotiation, and closure).
- Build partnerships with technology vendors in cameras, VMS, analytics, access control, and related security technologies.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to refine strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and MIS reporting.
Education
- B.E / B.Tech / MBA preferred with strong technical understanding of surveillance technologies.
Experience
- 1520 years of experience in surveillance systems / electronic security industry.
- Strong experience in system integration sales and enterprise security projects.
