Our client is a leading global automotive components manufacturer, is looking for a dynamic and result-driven National Sales Head to lead and scale its Trailer Axle & Suspension Systems business across India.
Location : Jamshedpur
Role Highlights:
- Own and execute the national sales strategy
- Drive revenue growth, market share & profitability
- Lead OEM, fleet & trailer manufacturer relationships
- Manage a 1015 member sales team (including Regional Sales Managers)
- Lead commercial negotiations & long-term supply agreements
- Expand channel & dealer network
- Align service & aftermarket strategy to drive lifecycle value
Qualifications :
- 1522 years of experience in Automotive / CV / Trailer components
- 57 years in National / Zonal Sales Leadership role
- Mandatory experience in Trailer Axles & Suspension Systems
- Strong OEM engagement & negotiation expertise
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performance sales teams
