Job Description

Role Overview

Lead and own the end-to-end enterprise sales function for a technology-driven real estate platform. You'll define and execute nationwide growth strategies, build and mentor a high-performing sales organization, and drive revenue through new client acquisition, product launches, and category creation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Ownership

  • Drive the full sales lifecyclefrom lead generation to deal closureacross enterprise customers.
  • Formulate and execute go-to-market plans for new products, ensuring robust GTM frameworks.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and deliver on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), translating goals into actionable roadmaps.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and revenue levers; adjust tactics accordingly.

Team Building & Development

  • Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse sales force; establish clear KPIs and accountability mechanisms.
  • Mentor future leaders and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ethical conduct.

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Leverage data analytics to inform product positioning, promotional initiatives, and territory prioritization.
  • Provide feedback loops to product teams to refine offerings and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate enduring partnerships with builders, developers, and enterprise clients; ensure superior service and retention.
  • Use client feedback to drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor territory coverage, funnel health, revenue attainment, and other critical metrics; present insights to leadership.

Business Expansion & Category Creation

  • Spearhead the launch of new business categories from scratch; achieve market leadership and mindshare.
