We are looking for a transformational Sales Head – PAN India to lead the next phase of growth for the organization. This role will be responsible for scaling revenue from ₹350 Cr to ₹500 Cr while sustaining a 30% growth trajectory.

The position carries full P&L ownership, national revenue accountability, and responsibility for designing and executing a robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS), Managed Services, Product Engineering Services, and AI.

The Sales Head will work closely with the Group CEO, CTO, and business leaders to align the sales roadmap with the technology roadmap, ensuring market-led innovation and profitable growth.

Revenue Scale & P&L Ownership

·      Own full national revenue and margin targets.

·      Drive revenue scale from ₹350 Cr to ₹500 Cr with sustainable profitability.

·      Ensure EBITDA discipline, deal governance, and margin optimization.

·      Build multi-year revenue visibility and annuity streams.

National GTM Strategy & Execution

·      Architect and execute a PAN India GTM strategy aligned with business goals.

·      Define market segmentation across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Strategic Accounts.

·      Build vertical-focused sales motions and market penetration strategies.

·      Lead demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and conversion improvement initiatives.

Portfolio-Led Growth

·      Drive integrated sales across Cybersecurity Solutions, Digital Transformation Solutions, Managed Services, Product Engineering Services, and AI-driven Solutions.

·      Position the organization as a strategic transformation partner rather than a transactional SI vendor.

Leadership & Multi-Location Team Management

·      Lead and scale a multi-city sales organization.

·      Build strong regional leadership with an ownership-driven culture.

·      Implement structured sales governance, forecasting rigor, and pipeline hygiene.

·      Hire, mentor, and retain high-performing enterprise sales talent.

·      15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in System Integration or IT Services.

·      Proven track record of managing and scaling ₹300+ Cr business portfolios.

·      Demonstrated experience in full P&L ownership.

·      Strong exposure to Cybersecurity, Cloud, DTS, Managed Services, AI, or Engineering Services.

·      Experience in leading multi-location national sales teams.

·      Strong board-level presence and CXO engagement capability.

·      Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.

·      High business acumen with a strong financial orientation.
