Role Overview
We are looking for a National Partnerships Manager / Lead to build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships across government bodies, industry associations, incubators/accelerators, and financial ecosystem partners.
This is a high-ownership role with end-to-end responsibility for partnership strategy, activation, and performance, focused on driving consistent pipeline creation and measurable business outcomes through partner-led growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a national network of strategic partners across government bodies, industry associations, incubators, accelerators, and financial institutions.
- Drive partner-led sourcing through referrals, co-branded initiatives, and joint outreach programs.
- Design and execute partnership activation initiatives such as:
- Webinars
- Events
- Cohort drives
- Campaigns
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners and manage long-term strategic relationships.
- Own the partnerships funnel from lead sourcing to conversion and enrollment.
- Track, analyze, and report partnership performance metrics and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on:
- Eligibility criteria
- Timelines
- Program capacity
- Continuously refine partnership models to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Success Metrics
- Number of qualified leads/applications sourced through partners
- Conversion rates from application to enrollment
- Number of active and productive partners
- Partner-led campaigns/events executed and their outcomes
- Cost efficiency and time-to-fill metrics
Candidate Profile
- 810 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, ecosystem business development, or institutional sales.
- Strong network across government, startup, MSME, or financial ecosystems.
- Proven ability to build partnerships from scratch and scale them nationally.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with targets, funnels, and performance metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
