About the Role

Results-driven Operations and Supply Chain Leader with end-to-end responsibility for managing branch operations and central teams to ensure seamless logistics execution, service excellence, and regulatory compliance. Accountable for driving operational efficiency across the supply chain through effective implementation of SOPs, maintenance of quality and cold chain standards, and optimization of pickup and delivery processes. Leads cross-functional teams including operations and CRM to achieve high performance, customer satisfaction, and cost-effective service delivery. Collaborates closely with clients to understand business requirements and deliver tailored logistics solutions while ensuring adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Committed to team development, operational scalability, and consistent branch performance through regular monitoring and on-ground engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the branches as well as central team in accordance with business needs.
  • Ensuring the Implementation of all the SOP's in the entire supply chain.
  • Maintaining quality standards as per the protocols in the ground operations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of cold chain equipment & packaging material Inventory.
  • Keep a track of timely pickups & deliveries through the ground and operations.
  • Meet & Interact with the clients to understand their needs & propose the best possible logistics solutions.
  • To ensure the cost efficient process and systems across the day to day operations.
  • Leading and monitoring the CRM team performance.
  • To ensure the Internal and external audits requirements.
  • Responsible for continuous team development & visits to the branch locations as per the business needs.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in cold chain, Diagnostics or Pharma sector.
