Job Purpose
To lead ServiceNow TPRM and GRC/IRM solution delivery, enhancements and operational governance for enterprise risk, compliance, audit, policy, issue and third-party/vendor risk processes, ensuring scalable, controlled and audit-ready digital workflows for the organization.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Own functional solutioning, configuration oversight and delivery governance for ServiceNow TPRM and GRC/IRM modules.
- Translate business, risk, audit and compliance requirements into process designs, user stories, workflows, reports and dashboards.
- Drive implementation and enhancement of third-party risk, risk register, control testing, compliance, issue management, policy and audit workflows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement walkthroughs, effort inputs, UAT planning, defect triage, sign-off, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Ensure proper access controls, data quality, approval workflows, documentation, audit trails and adherence to internal IT compliance standards.
- Partner with ServiceNow developers/admins, information security, audit, business teams and vendors to deliver releases as per agreed timelines and quality expectations.
- Monitor adoption, KPIs, operational issues and continuous improvement opportunities for TPRM and GRC processes on ServiceNow.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Recommend ServiceNow TPRM/GRC process design, workflow approach, configuration priorities and reporting requirements.
- Prioritize defects, enhancements and release items based on risk, compliance impact, business criticality and delivery dependencies.
- Validate readiness for UAT, deployment and go-live from a functional, process and compliance standpoint.
- Escalate material risks, control gaps, dependencies and timeline issues to the appropriate governance forum.
Major Challenges
- Managing complex cross-functional requirements across risk, compliance, audit, Infosec, procurement, legal, business and vendor teams.
- Balancing standardized ServiceNow best practices with organization-specific governance, approval and reporting needs.
- Ensuring high data quality, role-based access, audit readiness and traceability across risk and third-party lifecycle processes.
- Driving timely UAT closure, defect resolution and release adoption while supporting business-as-usual compliance expectations.
Educational Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualifications Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent. MBA / PG qualification in IT, Risk, Compliance or Information Security will be an added advantage.
Experience 9–12 years of total experience with strong hands-on exposure to ServiceNow TPRM, GRC/IRM or risk and compliance implementations. Experience in BFSI / financial services environment is preferred.
