About the role
To drive sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility across national modern trade accounts by developing strong customer relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, ensuring excellent execution, and achieving business objectives.
Job Title: National Key Account Manager
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Head Modern Trade
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with National Modern Trade accounts to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Negotiate and finalize Terms of Trade (TOT) and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned with the marketing calendar.
- Achieve chain-wise sales targets, business KPIs, and own the P&L of assigned accounts.
- Drive product listings, assortment expansion, and execute promotional plans to maximize sales and visibility.
- Ensure effective in-store execution by coordinating with RKAMs and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor promotional effectiveness, fill rate, inventory health, and manage RTV to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure timely payment collections, facilitate regular account reconciliations, and maintain healthy commercial operations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.

- Experience of Colour Cosmetic Industry-KAM
- Good experience of Modern Trade

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of Experience in Key Account management, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
