Job Description

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for key national accounts including developers, builders, and architects.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure sustained engagement.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through proactive communication and support.

Strategic Account Planning

Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives and organizational goals.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with clients to forecast demand and plan business requirements effectively.

Sales and Revenue Growth

Drive revenue growth by achieving defined sales targets and key performance indicators for assigned accounts.

Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Manage contracts, pricing structures, and negotiations in accordance with company policies and standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, supply chain, installation, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Coordinate internally to meet client expectations and project timelines.

Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain service quality and relationship continuity.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales achievements, and revenue forecasts.

Monitor key metrics and provide insights to improve business performance.

Present account updates, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
