Job Description

Position: NKAM

Location: Bangalore, Work From Home

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: 4 years

Client: D2C snack brand

We are looking for a results-driven NKAM Ecommerce, with additional responsibility as South RKAM to manage relationships with leading retailers and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling key accounts, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Modern Trade and E-commerce accounts.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and leveraging new opportunities within existing accounts, while maintaining budget adherence.
  • Negotiate long-term agreements and annual business plans with new regional accounts.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, supply chain coordination, and timely product availability.

Qualifications

  • Min 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years as KAM/ category manager for E-commerce or Modern Trade accounts
  • Preferred qualifications experience in both Modern Trade and E-commerce and in F&B sector
